I chose to use your transcription services, and I will do so again in the future. Why? ANA served as my Customer Support representative, and she took the time to walk me through every step of this process, as I am not computer savvy. Ana is clearly a stellar employee. I think you should give her a day off with pay.

I would have liked to view that my order was accepted by a transcriber. Once I made the order, I could not see it. I also was not able to access my invoice. I had to have it sent. I would have liked to have clearer directions on how to have access to my order instead of after the order was complete and with me providing my industry, country code and phone number.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
