Accuracy only got dinged because I am in a specialized industry and I doubt the transcriber has heard all the words used in the audio. Not their fault -- I wish I could include notes along with the file to explain a few of the terms used within the audio.

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.
