Good accuracy and quick service just as they claim. I'm happy for the captions as other services couldn't perform with the southern dialects. However the downloaded captions were not 29.97DF so every 4 minutes I had to adjust the track (i couldn't find a way to alter them via the download). No easy adjustment in the captions editor for placement (move to top for example to avoid lower third blockages). A few <b> </b> tags in the captions with unknowns which I'd prefer to jump to for edits (otherwise have to manually review each one). Less FCC style captions not using [name] or - when an off frame voice is used.

Didn't have to use customer service, but apart from that everything is great! Amazing prices, especially for me as a student, great delivery times and the quality is perfect! Already recommended to many friends!

Hi, Overall I'm satisfied but there were a couple of little things that could have been better: It'd be good if there was a "..." here or something. The speaker has reworded her sentence while she was speaking (with a clear pause). I use these videos to teach English so I don't want students to think that this is a well-formed English sentence. I want them to know it is fine to reword things when speaking: "you'll probably going to be pretty hungry." I'd change it to: "you'll... probably going to be pretty hungry." There were some other punctuation issues, periods being used instead of commas, but the part after the period was not a complete sentence, so I felt a comma would have been more appropriate. Other than those small things I think the captioner did a great job. Thanks!

I received a quite good transcription. I would surely hire this service again if I needed it in the future.
