Great work

This is a great service! The customer support is amazing and the price is the best I have seen for human transcription. The accuracy is much better than an AI service, although there are still some errors. I also wish there were some more options for editing the transcript (e.g., being able to have the audio follow where you click on the text), but overall a great deal with a shorter than expected turnaround time.

This is my first time using the services of GoTranscript and I have to say their service is excellent! I've just checked the transcription against the audio and the accuracy is 100%. GoTranscript are cheaper than a lot of audio/video transcription services. I highly recommend them!

I was using another service that turned me away, stating they couldn't accurately make captions from the audio that contained lots of colloquial and slang language, so I turned to GoTranscript. They accepted my file and transcribed the audio without any trouble. I see no reason to go elsewhere.

I appreciate being able to still use humans that work hard to provide this service!

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
