I've used other transcription services but was a first-time GoTranscript customer this week. I have no complaints. The process to upload was easy, the price was fair, the transcript was delivered within the time promised, and even when I had an error issue with the file delivered, the problem was addressed promptly. The transcript looks good, and I've saved myself hours of time. This is a service I would definitely use again.

Faster turnaround at a lower rate would be nice. Other than that, it is great.

As far as I could tell, the transcription was excellent. it was very fast and accurate. I would have to read it all to see if there are any mistakes but so far I didn't find any. Thank you!
