Great work and fast! From the handful of companies I've used, GoTranscript has been able to handle even difficult audio and complex conversations with ease.

The delivery time exceeded my expectations. The cost is competitive with other transcription services I looked at. One area for improvement is the accuracy of the transcripts. I found them to be hit or miss. I expected to spend time anonymizing the transcripts, but I had to spend a fair bit of time reviewing and correcting the transcript errors.
Overall, I'm pleased with the service.
