None, I read my first transcribed paper and they did a great job of removing all of the conversation fillers (um, right, like, etc.)

Great, easy to use Service. Highly recommend.

Loved the service. Great price and fast, accurate transcript.

While the user experience of your site is great, the pricing phenomenal, and the turnaround time awesome - my supplied file came back transcribed as only '[MUSIC]'. Granted, I did not have high hopes given the source material and for just shy of $2 I have zero room to truly complain. That said, if the transcriber truly could not make out a single word, they should have listened more attentively. If that extra attention warrants either a higher cost due to greater amount of time spent or makes the entire proposition prohibitive as it falls outside the real of the service provided, a message to that effect - with or without refund - would have been more appropriate. I'm sure there would not be such a problem given clean audio, and I'm definitely keeping your service bookmarked for future reference.
