It would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts in the editing window. Otherwise very easy to use!

Excellent! I needed a couple extra sentences translated fast, that we missed to provide to the regular translation service; and it wasn't sure if they can do it on time. I uploaded the doc to gotranscript, paid, and received a service message shortly after that it is under processing. About 45 minutes later another message - i guessed it was another service message. Actually it was the translation ready... in 45 minutes. (it was only about half a page, still...) And no extra cost for the turnaround. Amazed. Truly.

We appreciate the live help feature and the support via email. It means we never had a question for very long before receiving some feedback/direction/help. We will try on our part to provide a list of words that may be unfamiliar given the use of different indigenous languages. Thanks!
