Service was a little rough in the beginning but through some back and forth we were able to figure things out. You honestly can't beat the price especially when other companies are charging 4x or 5x more than what GoTranscript charges. Turnaround was supposed to be 3 days but they finished it within 24 hours; will definitely come back again for future translation needs.

I appreciate being able to still use humans that work hard to provide this service!

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
