Working on deadline for a doctoral program means prioritizing the tasks one can do -- transcribing a 26 minute interview taped in a coffee shop (with great background blues vinyl playing) was not at the top of the list. I found Gotranscript through Google reviews, and I can say without reservation - EVERY SINGLE TRANSCRIPTION I HAVE LEFT TO DO will be DONE BY THEM! EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.

Gotranscript produced a surprisingly accurate transcription of my 5 party meeting, despite pretty poor quality, low volume audio. There were occasional mistakes with homophones eg "Motion was past", but great identification of speakers and good contextual inference for many business terms.

The Transcript was as accurate as we would have expected it to be considering the occasional usage of technical language.
