Excellent! I needed a couple extra sentences translated fast, that we missed to provide to the regular translation service; and it wasn't sure if they can do it on time. I uploaded the doc to gotranscript, paid, and received a service message shortly after that it is under processing. About 45 minutes later another message - i guessed it was another service message. Actually it was the translation ready... in 45 minutes. (it was only about half a page, still...) And no extra cost for the turnaround. Amazed. Truly.

I appreciate being able to still use humans that work hard to provide this service!

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.

Tis is a great and affordable service. Customer service is quick and responsive. Love this service
