The translation of a portion of a letter from English to Finnish was quick and from what I could tell, it was accurate and professionally crafted. I would use this service again.

We have been using GoTranscript for a few months now, and have had a great experience. Ordering the transcripts is easy, and the options they provide give us the ability to add timestamps, and get a clean version with stutters and “umm’s” removed, or choose an exact verbatim of the audio uploaded. We always get our transcripts on time (and often earlier than expected), and the dashboards are easy to use. Generally there are only minor edits that will need to be made, and those are almost always due to odd words, or names where the spelling is not immediately clear. The loyalty discount is also cumulative based on the minutes of audio transcribed compared to basing it on the number of transcriptions. Since we have longer audio files transcribed (most often 20+ minutes per file), we have already reached the first loyalty discount, which is just another benefit of this service. Very fast, unexpected turnaround time, and most importantly, accurate transcription. The audio files were poor phone quality, but still someone, somewhere had the patience to listen through the noise, and create a beautiful transcript. Thank you. This is a great job. The transcriber has made some mistakes with technical jargon but I think that's totally fine given they are very unusual words.
