Working on deadline for a doctoral program means prioritizing the tasks one can do -- transcribing a 26 minute interview taped in a coffee shop (with great background blues vinyl playing) was not at the top of the list. I found Gotranscript through Google reviews, and I can say without reservation - EVERY SINGLE TRANSCRIPTION I HAVE LEFT TO DO will be DONE BY THEM! EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.

Quick and quality work. Reason for not 5 star: One translation had some non-translated parts. Besides that, everything was perfect and I am very satisfied with the results vs. the price paid. Will use again.
