Wow! The quality of the Arabic transcription was amazing! I tired more than half a dozen online services and by far GoTranscript had the highest compatibility to the Arabic dialogue.

I’m very picky when I have to choose between these kind of services because when it comes to medical transcriptions, I simply cannot know how good it will be before it’s too late. However, I tried the free trial they’re offering and my doubts were put to rest. Overall, the service was excellent.

Don't waste your time with Scribie.com. I tried them first as they were a bit cheaper, but they said the audio wasn't good enough and wanted to charge me double and extend the delivery time from 36 hours to 1 full week. GoTranscript didn't complain about the quality of the audio and delivered within the timeframe promised and they were very accurate. I loved the fact that they have the editing tool that allows me to listen to the portions they felt were inaudible. Overall I'm very happy with the service and would highly recommend it to others.

The platform is easy to use, but I was trying to order transcription and translation of the recording. The website did not explain whether translation was included or how to order translation. The final transcript is professional and, on first review, appears to accurately identify the speakers. The price is also competitive. However, it was intended for a court proceeding and is not helpful without a translation.
