Got the transcript back in 2 days, and the quality is very good. There were a couple of mistakes, but it was a rather technical interview to transcribe, so I don't blame them for it, and correcting it didn't take long at all. Really great value for money!

A very good experience with this service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.
