This service was wonderful. Accurate, great price, and the turnaround was 24 hours fir a 200 word document. They have also been flexible with me regarding some documents that were not able to upload online due to format. I was able to email them and am getting those translated as well! I will be using gotranscript for all my future translation needs!

I tried gotranscript services with one of my interview recordings. Background noise, heavy accents and some unfamiliar names were scattered throughout the interview. The transcript came back to me within about 12 hours I think, and I was impressed with the accuracy and detail. Any inaudible sections were clearly noted with time-codes. I'm very happy with the service and will start using it regularly. Excellent service, very fare prices and great customer support.

This was the first time I used GoTranscript and I found it a very user friendly process. I had a quick job where I had to check a translation/trancription of an audio file someone else had done (before I knew about your company). Your translation was much more accurate and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use GoTranscript again.
