This service was wonderful. Accurate, great price, and the turnaround was 24 hours fir a 200 word document. They have also been flexible with me regarding some documents that were not able to upload online due to format. I was able to email them and am getting those translated as well! I will be using gotranscript for all my future translation needs!

Great service, and came back sooner than I expected.

The service is one of the cheapest around after shopping for a while. The process was very simple and easy to use. I did pay for one day service, and they sent an email apologizing saying it's taking a bit longer than expected (I did have multiple participants and poor quality) and it was ready in a day and half. When I went through the transcript (easy to download .doc format) I did find some very minor one word mistakes that were pretty reasonable for someone who wasn't in the room for the interview. Overall a good experience and I'm happy.

Experience was overall pleasant. It would nice to have a dedicated person to speak with when questions or concerns arise without having to use the chat function. That’s the main area that could use improvement. I would be open to using this service again.
