I had another transcription service keep dragging out the turnaround from them from 3- 6 days when I paid them for 2 day turnaround. They went dark and never contacted me again after receiving their payment! So I searched and found Go Transcript and asked their sales department if they guaranteed the turnaround as we needed the file for a hearing. I ordered on Friday at 04:30 p.m. and had the full verbatim transcript with only 6 inaudible notations back by Sunday at 11:00 a.m. THANK YOU!!! Your service was fast, accurate, and response time was more than I could have asked for. Thank you very much!
