The service is one of the cheapest around after shopping for a while. The process was very simple and easy to use. I did pay for one day service, and they sent an email apologizing saying it's taking a bit longer than expected (I did have multiple participants and poor quality) and it was ready in a day and half. When I went through the transcript (easy to download .doc format) I did find some very minor one word mistakes that were pretty reasonable for someone who wasn't in the room for the interview. Overall a good experience and I'm happy.

They helped me out when I needed some German translations. What really stood out for me is that they made sure that all my needs were met and, for me, it is their customer service level is really what differentiates them from all the rest!

Quality of the transcription test I submitted was excellent! And I know the quality of the recording was low. I am looking forward to using the services for my project.

Super impressed! Transcript was just about free of errors and the turn-around time was much shorter than expected. Thank you so much!
