We got our transcript back much faster than expected with no errors that I can see. They even picked up acronyms I failed to point out at the beginning of my order. Very good quality, intelligent work!

I would like to say how pleased I have been with your services. Your company’s quality of work is exceedingly superior to my previous experiences with online transcriptions companies. I was spending hours correcting their endless mistakes. However, your transcribers consistently deliver professional results. I will certainly recommend you if I have the opportunity. Thank You.

Thank you for the great service! Very prompt response from Peter. Would defiantly recommended. 5 star service!

A very good experience with this service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.
