I wanted a recording of our weekly brainstorming meeting transcribed and I can easily say – this service single handedly provides the best audio transcription service there is. I’ve been using this for over a month now and, no doubt, I’ll be using that in the future.

I can highly recommend GoTranscript. I sent them 9 interviews of between 30 minutes and an hour in length, with a variety of accents including Geordie, New York, Welsh, Birmingham, Irish and others, and the level of accuracy was very high. They also went the extra mile to deliver the documents on a 5 day turnaround to meet a tight work deadline for me. I'll definitely be using them again on a regular basis from now on.

A very good experience with this service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.
