Excellent! I tried three other software-based transcription options and I still had to spend hours cleaning up the text. GoTranscript processed my 30-minute recording overnight. I logged in and it was ready for me to download in the morning. The text was clean with only a few unintelligible tags. And the transcriber was able to interpret some phrases that were initially unintelligible to me! Many thanks.

I'm a PhD student and had this is my first experience of using a transcription service. I had been told that transcriptions would cost me $200+ each time so when I found Gotranscript I was a bit sceptical that they could do my transcriptions at such a low rate - however they have and the accuracy was very impressive - took me 15 mins to correct some minor typos and misunderstandings. Definitely recommend.
