I have used Gotranscript for going on 3 years now, after switching from a very expensive service based in CA. Overall, Gotranscript's service has improved over that time; the website is easier to navigate, process and track files, and the quality of transcriptions is generally very good if the recording quality is good. I was very happy with the reasonable price for the amount of work involved! This saved me so much time.

I recommend. There was 8-10 "inaudible" marks in the transcript but I understand that it is difficult to transcribe from a very poor audio recording and with Irish accent.

I needed an interview transcribed quickly as part of my studies. I found the cost very good and excellent service with fast turn around times! Thank you and would happily recommend your service to anyone.

My first attempt at using a service like this. It was extremely easy to navigate and understand their website. Amazingly simple to upload the document and it was back to me in less than 24 hours. The transcription was excellent especially considering there was a good deal of background noise that had to be dealt with. I will be using this for another major project I have soon.
