We took advantage of the trial that your company made available and, after having received the transcript of the audio which we sent, were extremely impressed with the quality of the transcript. Some Japanese language was in the audio file, and the transcriptionist who did our audio file was incredible because they transcribed even the Japanese language! Awesome service! We will likely continue with your company. Thank you!

I have used Gotranscript for going on 3 years now, after switching from a very expensive service based in CA. Overall, Gotranscript's service has improved over that time; the website is easier to navigate, process and track files, and the quality of transcriptions is generally very good if the recording quality is good. I was very happy with the reasonable price for the amount of work involved! This saved me so much time.

Excellent accuracy on transcriptions, friendly and readily-available live support, high reliability on delivery timing, reasonable pricing, and easy-to-use website for uploading recordings and download transcripts. This is money well spent. Do yourself a favour. Thanks, GT!
