I was very happy to get the transcriptions I requested back on the front side of the standard 3-5 day turnaround. All in all, Gotranscript saved me a lot of time and did a good job.

Just got my first transcript back. (1) you did this much faster than 5 days. Maybe Christmas is not a busy time, maybe you like to impress first-time customers. Either way, that was great. (2) The transcript is amazing. One thing that you couldn't transcribe was a proper name and the marker in the text made it very easy to resolve. I am really impressed with the service for the cost. I'll be sending you more!!

Hello Folks at GoTranscript,
I have just received transcriptions for three hours of video interviews and the work is excellent. Thanks.

GoTranscript produced a surprisingly accurate transcription of my 5 party meeting, despite pretty poor quality, low volume audio. There were occasional mistakes with homophones eg "Motion was past", but great identification of speakers and good contextual inference for many business terms.
