No problem with the work done by this company, just not sure it saved time for me.

I've paid for the 6 hour service, the job was delivered within 12 hours. However I found the transcription very good, almost 100% accurate.

I wouldn't preferred a slightly different formatting than what I got back but overall a very fast efficient service that I will definitely use gotranscript again. Thanks!

Overall, I was impressed with the transcription of two people talking during an interview. I ordered verbatim transcription. When one of the speakers said "gonna" instead of "going to" in the audio file, it was transcribed as "gonna". I understand why, but "gonna" is not a word and I'm putting together a professional document.
