Overall, I was impressed with the transcription of two people talking during an interview. I ordered verbatim transcription. When one of the speakers said "gonna" instead of "going to" in the audio file, it was transcribed as "gonna". I understand why, but "gonna" is not a word and I'm putting together a professional document.

Fantastic service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that were specific to the subject I talked about. So, some words like "front lever" were spelled "front leverage", since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch up. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very useful! Other than that, it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.

The transcription was quite accurate, with only a few small mistakes. This service is better than most.
