Excellent work understanding atypical speakers, acronyms and industry specific jargon. "Clean" version was just what we are looking for in a podcast transcript. Missed words were clearly marked with timestamps, allowing us to review and correct easily. Worlds better than AI generated transcription, a major time saver for our production team.

Ordered a transcription of an English interview between two Dutch people. The transcription was very accurate, though there were a few obvious mistake. Some Dutch words that were in there were also not transcribed accurately, but that is to be expected as I asked to transcribe in English. Delivery was very fast, overall a good experience

I am continually delighted with the speed and accuracy of their human transcription service for my Russian phone conversations. These conversations tend to be a mess of English, Russian, and poor attempts that resemble neither. Yet the transcriptions are always perfect (more coherent than we sounded at the time!) and always far ahead of GoTranscript’s projected schedule. This is a stellar service!
