“The quality of the transcription seems to be good and the turnaround time was quick. My only complaint is that I left a comment asking for names spoken in the audio to be transcribed just as the first initial (e.g., J for "John"), and this was not done - full names were transcribed instead. Customer service was helpful but a bit slow to respond. Pricing is fair. It's unclear if I'm able to ask for further edits as part of my order, or if I just need to do any necessary editing myself. ”
