While the user experience of your site is great, the pricing phenomenal, and the turnaround time awesome - my supplied file came back transcribed as only '[MUSIC]'. Granted, I did not have high hopes given the source material and for just shy of $2 I have zero room to truly complain. That said, if the transcriber truly could not make out a single word, they should have listened more attentively. If that extra attention warrants either a higher cost due to greater amount of time spent or makes the entire proposition prohibitive as it falls outside the real of the service provided, a message to that effect - with or without refund - would have been more appropriate. I'm sure there would not be such a problem given clean audio, and I'm definitely keeping your service bookmarked for future reference.
