I was pleased with the response time and the overall accuracy.
A extra opt-in service where a customer could opt for a hyper-accurate transcript would be nice. This would require back-and-forth with the person transcribing and incur additional cost, but for some transcriptions that may be warranted.

I had a great experience with GoTranscript - LiveChat was helpful to clarify a few questions about the service, the turnaround time was faster than promised, and the transcription accuracy was great. Some parts were marked as "unintelligible" but the time stamps helped to find the part of the recording quickly for clarification. Great for research interviews. Will use this service again.
