I have rarely employed transcription services because, frankly, I only tend to need them when I'm tight for time, and I have a hard time entrusting that to a service or another person. When I used GoTranscript a few months ago all of my anxieties were calmed - the transcription came in ahead of schedule, and the transcriber seemed to have taken extra care to understand specialized subculture terminology. It wasn't perfect (what transcription is?) but it exceed expectations.

Super, super fast turn around and very accurate. We had a lot of migration technical jargon in the next and they absolutely nailed it all.

The turn around time was double what was quoted.
