Great service. 5 transcriptions turned around in less than 24 hours. Accuracy was incredible and the transcripts where clearly laid out. Also, the service was approximately 75% cheaper than other companies quotes offering the same service. Definitely will use them again

I have used other software, or even relied on the transcriptions furnished by my web-conferencing apps, and have found that there is still a lot of editing to do after you get the raw transcription. I found that the quality of the GoTranscript transcription more than offset the relatively contained price that I paid. it was worth it to have a text that I had to do very little editing on, ultimately. I've already come back for another transcription job.
