Excellent service. Resolved a minor issue in minutes, impressed.

I'm very pleased with my first translation. It's a very simple process and returned much quicker than expected :D

The service is one of the cheapest around after shopping for a while. The process was very simple and easy to use. I did pay for one day service, and they sent an email apologizing saying it's taking a bit longer than expected (I did have multiple participants and poor quality) and it was ready in a day and half. When I went through the transcript (easy to download .doc format) I did find some very minor one word mistakes that were pretty reasonable for someone who wasn't in the room for the interview. Overall a good experience and I'm happy.

Thanks to your team for the excellent work (transcription).
