Another service turned my transcription down because they couldn't make out all of the audio. I knew that there was Q&A and it was hard to pick up the audience, but I needed it transcribed even if there were some bits that couldn't be done. Gotranscript took the order, did a good job of transcribing what you could hear well, and noted where it was hard to hear. thanks!

Quality of the transcription test I submitted was excellent! And I know the quality of the recording was low. I am looking forward to using the services for my project.

Overall the transcriptions were good. I had one with an older African American musician who was a bit hard to understand. That one needed a lot of corrections. I only give you four stars instead of five because of the claim of 99% accuracy which was not the case here.

Very impressed with the accuracy. A video of a lecture, including several speakers. I only have to fix the spelling of some names, which is understandable as they have no way of knowing how to spell everyone's name. Otherwise pretty much perfect, including punctuation. Also, the transcript was ready much faster than I expected! Good job!
