Great turnaround time (I asked for one day, received transcription in ~8 hours and they were my off hours so basically didn't waste a second of my days!) + pretty solid transcription. My audio recording wasn't "that" clear and there was a lot of jargon being thrown back and forth in my interview audio file, but most was picked up by the service. I still have to go back and make edits but to me spending the money I did was very worth it for the outcome I received and I am very happy with the results. Would come back again for my future audio files that need transcription! Thanks team!!

Excellent! I needed a couple extra sentences translated fast, that we missed to provide to the regular translation service; and it wasn't sure if they can do it on time. I uploaded the doc to gotranscript, paid, and received a service message shortly after that it is under processing. About 45 minutes later another message - i guessed it was another service message. Actually it was the translation ready... in 45 minutes. (it was only about half a page, still...) And no extra cost for the turnaround. Amazed. Truly.
