I needed a rush transcription and the company that usually does ours is now out of business. I went to the website. Read their instructions, looked at their fee chart and placed an order. I was amazed at the turn around time and the costs was less than what originally quoted to me. We will now be using GoTranscript as our new go to transcriber. Thank you

I tried gotranscript services with one of my interview recordings. Background noise, heavy accents and some unfamiliar names were scattered throughout the interview. The transcript came back to me within about 12 hours I think, and I was impressed with the accuracy and detail. Any inaudible sections were clearly noted with time-codes. I'm very happy with the service and will start using it regularly. Excellent service, very fare prices and great customer support.
