Very quick, affordable, just a few issues that were misunderstood.

Fast and accurate. Definitely recommend

I ordered a few English to Spanish translation for a few technical reports and specifications. My deadline was quite tight and the estimated turnaround time of 3-day given by Gotranscript was just about right for me. After I paid, the estimate surprisingly became 3-5 days, but 5-day was still the maximum that I could deal with. I contacted Peter if my order would be delivered as per the timeline. I received a fast response from him assuring that my order would be completed soon. On day 5, I sent him another e-mail and all of the translation work were available a day after that eg. after 6 days, a slight delay if using 5-day as a baseline. Great communication from Peter throughout the process. All in all, the price is very difficult to beat. Let's face it. You cannot get this price anywhere else. Taken all that into account, the expectation has to be realistic. The estimated turnaround period is not guaranteed and they should add a remark to it. I've seen other websites with such remarks. It gives customers the power to decide if they can accept the uncertainty or if they are willing to pay more elsewhere. Having said all that, I experienced a longer delay with a much more expensive translation service, so you never know. Eg. Can't comment on the quality of translation as I do not understand Spanish.
