I was hoping that I would receive good quality transcripts to help facilitate my data analysis. Not only did I receive great quality, the turnaround time was amazing. I could not be happier with the outcome. I still have more interviews to transcribe and I will definitely use GoTranscript again!

A very good experience with this service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.

First time using the service in Australia. The task was to transcribe a stack of interviews, which would have taken me hours. For such a small price, I was able to outsource the task and have the transcription back, with my exact requirements, in no time at all. Everything was perfect and nothing needed to be edited.
