Overall the transcriptions were good. I had one with an older African American musician who was a bit hard to understand. That one needed a lot of corrections. I only give you four stars instead of five because of the claim of 99% accuracy which was not the case here.

Very impressed with the accuracy. A video of a lecture, including several speakers. I only have to fix the spelling of some names, which is understandable as they have no way of knowing how to spell everyone's name. Otherwise pretty much perfect, including punctuation. Also, the transcript was ready much faster than I expected! Good job!

I can't rate the quality of the translation, since I don't speak Greek, but I was assured that it was done by a native Greek speaker, as requested. Turn-around time was impressive.
