Challenging audio to transcribe due to English spoken with a very strong accent. GoTranscript's transcript of the one-hour interview had 12 instances of "inaudible," versus 380 for a similar transcript prepared by a competing service. If you have audio spoken in English by someone from a non-English-speaking country, be sure to request a transcriber from that same country. It really helps.
