A very good experience with this service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.

I’m very pleased with this service. I got several audio files from some of my lectures at the university transcribed and I could not be happier. Plus, the combination of the quality and the price is amazing, definitely worth every penny.

GoTranscript produced a surprisingly accurate transcription of my 5 party meeting, despite pretty poor quality, low volume audio. There were occasional mistakes with homophones eg "Motion was past", but great identification of speakers and good contextual inference for many business terms.

I'm always impressed by the speed and accuracy of the transcripts. I recommend their service to my clients and colleagues since the experience is always excellent. Couldn't be better!
