Excellent quality and lightening fast. I had to do very light editing on just a few files and most were perfect. I will recommend to all my colleagues.

Excellent service, I was really impressed with both the speed of the turnaround, but also the accuracy of the transcript. I had never used a service like this before, but will certainly be coming back. Thanks for a great job.

We needed a translation for a small document. It was completed in less than 24 hrs. We are really pleased and will use this service again.

A very good experience with this service. This saves me so much time. They are very quick on .srt delivery as well. I have only used the caption service - it's good. The only thing I wish was better - is if they had made a text field where I could submit keywords that are specific to the subject I talk about. So some words such as "front lever" have been spelled "front leverage" since for the uninitiated who know very little about calisthenics are unfamiliar with the term. And since I speak energetically and fast I guess it's hard to catch. I think you guys should make a keyword field that I could fill in, in order to get everything right. Then I would give you 5 stars. Also, the chat service on the website is awesome! Very helpsome! Other than that it's all good and I can live with the small misses and it's totally worth it for me.
