Pros: Very fast turnaround. Reasonable price and a student discount was available. Some of the transcripts were excellent even though my participants spoke Malaysian English, which might not be so familiar to people outside of the region. I was able to request a transcript that included false starts, crosstalk, etc. Timestamps were accurate. Cons: The quality of the transcriptions was not consistent. I only skimmed most of the transcripts, but I can see that some of them will need editing. I read through two transcripts fully at this point - one was near perfect and the other needed editing. However, I can see from the errors that the transcriptionist was not familiar with Malaysia. It's understandable since this is not a Malaysian company. I would definitely use this service again. Even with the editing, most of the transcript was accurate and it was a huge timesaver. With more commonly spoken varieties of English, I think the accuracy would not be an issue.

I've used various transcription services over the years and even transcribed audio myself. This service has saved me and my organization SO MUCH TIME.

It was my first order and I am very happy, especially about accuracy and speed. Additional orders are already planned.
