The captioning service I used was fairly fast and accurate. Customer service was very helpful in getting started. Pricing was a bit higher than I am used to, however it was for a video that had English and Spanish in it so I think the pricing was fair. Thank you to the folks who worked on the video for me. Will definitely use again.

I have submitted a couple videos featuring almost straight talking with interspersed sound effects and music backgrounds, which the transcribers have blown through like nothing and left almost no manual editing to do in post, making my work much easier. Also, I was very happy with this company's professionalism despite some (read: a few more than "some") expletives in my content that I had forgot about when sending the footage in. I have been made much more confident in working with this business, and at the rates provided, I feel happy with my first choice in captioning services.
