“ Good accuracy and quick service just as they claim. I'm happy for the captions as other services couldn't perform with the southern dialects. However the downloaded captions were not 29.97DF so every 4 minutes I had to adjust the track (i couldn't find a way to alter them via the download). No easy adjustment in the captions editor for placement (move to top for example to avoid lower third blockages). A few <b> </b> tags in the captions with unknowns which I'd prefer to jump to for edits (otherwise have to manually review each one). Less FCC style captions not using [name] or - when an off frame voice is used. ”
