I really wanted to take the time to thank you for your incredible client service, because I think it's what makes the difference. The service itself is on point and quick; that's perfect. We had to change only a couple of things, mostly to be perfectionists ourselves; I mean, you promised 24h delivery, and it was faster, so I could take my time reviewing. But really, the client service and specifically, Monica, she was so nice and trying to find the best way to help us. I started writing expecting an AI to answer me, and I was really surprised not only to have a human to talk to, but a really nice one, a fast one, and an efficient one. Thank you all!

The work was done really good thank you. For some students who are doing it for university you could additionally ask which rules (e.g. Kuckartz and Rädiker, 2022) should be applied while transcribing...I do not mind paying more that extra service.

The transcription was great. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for Accuracy was that quotes from different people were included in the same paragraph. It would have been better if new speakers were given new paragraphs. I didn't have to use customer support but the field was required, so I gave it a 4, but I'll definitely use this service again.
